Application Integration – Business Analyst / Sr. Developer

·       Participated in all pre-sales client meetings and in writing the Statement of Work

·       Responsible for requirements gathering and design documentation, use case creation, development of test plan and test scripts

·       Contributed heavily in the implementation effort that involved integrating over 30 applications under a single desktop framework

Asset Management System – Lead Application Developer

·      As the Senior Consultant on this project, I was responsible for ensuring all milestones in a full project life cycle were met, from system design and integration through testing, training, documentation, and follow-up support.

·       This application was designed using Remedy’s Action Request System, coupled with HP OpenView and Seagate NerveCenter. The end result is a system that replaces the client’s previous process of requesting any LAN attached devices. This includes the necessary workflow for electronic approvals and IP address management, as well as the functionality for discovery and reconciliation of assets as they appear on the network.

Year 2000 Analysis and Remediation – Team Lead

·       Supervised a team of 20 consultants performing analysis, remediation, and testing of desktop spreadsheets and databases

·       Primary responsibilities were to distribute and monitor daily workloads, perform Quality Assurance checks, and review the resulting reports with our client

·       Designed, developed, and installed Totalizer (newsprint tracking) systems at various newspaper production facilities
