· As the Senior Consultant on this project, I was responsible for ensuring all milestones in a full project life cycle were met, from system design and integration through testing, training, documentation, and follow-up support.

This application was designed using Remedy’s Action
Request System, coupled with HP OpenView and Seagate NerveCenter. The end
result is a system that replaces the client’s previous process of requesting
any LAN attached devices. This includes the necessary workflow for electronic
approvals and IP address management, as well as the functionality for discovery
and reconciliation of assets as they appear on the network.
